How do I refer a Friend?Loving Hero Rewards and want to share with a friend? Just fill out our refer a friend form! Once your friend enrolls in a membership, they'll be counted towards your free annual membership.

How does the sign up process work?Visit our membership page and select which membership option is right for you. Once you've signed up, you'll receive a confirmation email. Memberships take 2-3 business days to process. Once your card is in the mail, you'll receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Your card is activated upon delivery, so no need to activate! Take your card with you and start enjoying your savings immediately.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

What professions qualify as a 'hero'?At Hero Rewards, we outlined our qualifying professions to be inclusive of essential workers and professions dedicated to service. If you have a service profession that isn't represented here, we would love to hear from you. Send new considerations to support.herorewards.com and our team will review.
